Frequently asked questions

Do you really deliver the same day?

Yes — order by 2:00 PM PT, Monday–Saturday, and we hand-deliver across Los Angeles that day.

Where do you deliver?

Across greater Los Angeles. See our delivery zones; if your area isn't listed, enter your zip at checkout or message us and we'll confirm.

Can I choose a delivery time?

We deliver in a window (roughly 10 AM–7 PM). Leave a preferred window in the order notes and we'll do our best, but exact times aren't guaranteed.

Will it look like the photo?

Very close. Every arrangement is made by hand from seasonal flowers, so there's natural variation; when a specific stem isn't at its best, we substitute something of equal or greater value in the same palette.

What if no one's home?

We'll leave it safely (weather permitting) or with a front desk/neighbor and text the recipient — or follow whatever instructions you leave in the order notes.

Can I send a handwritten note?

Yes — add the Handwritten Card and type your message at checkout. We write it by hand.

Do you do weddings and events?

Yes. For anything beyond a single statement arrangement, email us and we'll quote it custom.
